Shipping and Delivery

• Business days do not include weekends or any US nationally observed holidays;
• Parcels shipping to AK and HI may take additional time to arrive;
• Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We currently have a partnership with FEDEX and UPS to complete deliveries throughout the US, depending on the shipping warehouse.

Select orders may be split and fulfilled by multiple warehouses. If items from your order are dispatched from Europe, there will be no additional cost for shipping, duties, or taxes.

All orders will be shipped within the next working day. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods have been dispatched.

Important information regarding all deliveries

Parcels are shipped without signature requirement, which means it is the delivery driver's discretion whether to leave a package if the receiver is not home to accept. Once a parcel is safely delivered to the shipping address provided, please be advised that the receiver accepts full responsibility for the goods, and any theft after confirmed delivery to the provided address is no longer the responsibility of Woolrich or the shipping carrier. Please select a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the delivery directly to avoid any risk of theft or damage to packages left unattended.

How Woolrich Charges for Tax

We are required by law to collect state and local taxes on deliveries to these states. We will add sales tax based on the total amount of the order, including shipping, for orders shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington State, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. For orders shipped to Pennsylvania, we will collect state and local taxes on the entire order except for clothing and footwear items. If items from your order are dispatched from Italy, you will not incur any additional charges for duties or taxes to import.

Tracking Your US Package

If you are a registered user, you can view your orders in the “ ” section and track them directly.

We also add a link in the shipping confirmation that allows you to track the shipment. You will thus know where your order is at all times. From the time when the order is shipped, it may take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the courier activates the link for order tracking.
